I have trained in Taekwondo for 13 years (since age 4) and currently operate on the elite international circuit under Italian registration. My athletic career and international competition schedule are managed by a synchronized team of elite Olympic-level coaches, mentors, and specialized strength and conditioning, and nutrition experts across Madrid, Rome, Manchester, and Houston.

CONDITIONING & PERFORMANCE SCIENCE

I train 5 to 6 days a week, balancing high-level technical combat with elite strength and conditioning protocols. My athletic programming is managed by James Langford (Former Great Britain National Team S&C Coach, who has trained multiple Olympic and World Champion athletes).

Under his direction, we utilize a highly quantitative, data-driven approach—tracking training loads, performance indexes, and recovery metrics to ensure absolute peak physiological readiness for the international circuit.

FALL 2026 INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT

My team and I map out a targeted, high-stakes international circuit to secure world ranking points. My upcoming schedule includes:

  • September 11-13: World Taekwondo G1 (Nis, Serbia)

  • September 19-20: German Open (Hamburg, Germany)

  • October 3: Croatia Open (Zagreb, Croatia)

  • October 17-18: ETU Grand Prix Open Qualification (Vršac, Serbia)

  • November 6-8: Greece Open (Thessaloniki, Greece)
